The reason stress and tension play such an important role in your vision is that they prevent your eyes from achiving a clear focus. They also result in other difficulties.. A few examples of such problems include: headaches, eye strain, nausea and generally feeling unwell.
2. Your minds eye and inner vision. This involves: memory, imagination, inner seeing, hopes and dreams. By using a holistic approach to visual enhancement, you will find yourself having better visualization abilities, improved memories, more vivid dreams and a more creative mind. By enhancing your mind you will find that your inner thoughts will generally become more productive. By using special visualization techniques, you will be able to see yourself in a more clear and realistic light.
3. Another way to look at the functioning of your eyes is in their role in communication with others. This is called emotional seeing. By improving your vision through a holistic approach, you will in effect, improve your ability to express yourself fully with your eyes, allowing you to develop more powerful relationships with others by being more open and expressive with your eyes.
You often get problems with your eyesight when you are stressed out, and also - in the long term - when you develop poor visual habits. Some of the conditions you can get from stress and poor visual habits include near sightedness, far sightedness and astigmatism.
Corrective lenses may seem like a Godsend at times, since I admit that they can in fact allow you to see perfectly clearly. They dont however, play any role in improving your eyesight by taking away the poor visual habits and stress & strain that caused your vision to fade in the first place.
